Troubleshooting common installation issues

If Android warns "Unknown sources" during APK installation, go to Settings → Apps & Notifications → Advanced → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then enable it for your browser or file manager. This is a standard Android security check, not a sign of danger. If the app crashes on launch, clear your phone's cache (Settings → Apps → sempurna → Storage → Clear Cache) and try again. On iOS, if the web app does not save your login, check that Safari allows cookies for sempurna.app in Settings → Safari → Privacy. If you see certificate warnings, your phone's date and time may be incorrect—sync them with your network provider and refresh the page.
